Unclutching Meditation
Every Wednesday at 7:30 PM PST

Unclutching meditation is a direct path to liberation from the relentless tug-of-war of the mind. It is the conscious act of dropping the mental burdens we habitually carry: the clinging to past regrets, the anxiety about future outcomes, the rigid identification with thoughts, roles, and narratives.
The core practice is simple yet profound: witness your thoughts, emotions, and sensations without engaging with them. Like watching clouds drift across the sky, you acknowledge their presence but refuse to "clutch" onto them, identify with them, or follow their lead. Every thought that says "I am this," "I need that," or "This should be different" is gently but firmly unclutched.
As the grip loosens on the finite, conditioned self, a magnificent space opens up. This is the infinite bliss of the present moment. It is a state of pure being—timeless, complete, and unburdened. By letting go of the internal struggle, you naturally settle into the vast, inherent peace that is the ground of your existence. Unclutching isn't about finding bliss; it's about allowing the present, which is already blissful, to fully immerse you. It is the art of surrender to the perfection of what is.
