How to overcome sleep?

Just spend a few nights in completion, sitting all alone with yourself, re-living, re-living, re-living. When you fall asleep; usually, when you complete and fall asleep, in-between night you will wake up at least four-five times. How many of you have experienced this? Again sit and complete when you wake up. And when you fall asleep, ok, again when you wake up, sit and complete. Let the whole night be the completion process. I tell you, in six months you will conquer sleep and you will conquer tiredness! I am not talking anything superstitious. I am not talking something difficult to prove. I am straight away talking our traditional knowledge, the knowledge of Yoga-Vedanta Science.
